Dr. Kantala is a board certified Hematologist and Medical Oncologist who joined Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers in 2009. Dr. Kantala earned his medical degree from the Mahatma Gandhi Medical College in India. He completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and completed a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Kantala’s priority is to practice evidence-based medicine and cancer therapy. He believes in an integrated treatment approach which looks out for best interests of his patients.
