Boots has issued an urgent warning about a batch of its paracetamol tablets, with customers now being told not to take them. The company has said that some boxes may actually contain foil packets of 300mg aspirin inside, instead of the 500mg paracetamol tablets as advertised.

The retailer has removed packs ofthe painkiller from sale after disovering they contain tablets labelled as aspirin.
