The latest patch for Cyberpunk 2077 is available for all platforms. PC players get to enjoy DLSS 4 support, while Xbox SmartFrames received significant fixes, and all platforms now benefit from a more stable Photo Mode.

Cyberpunk 2077 players who upgrade to an RTX 50 series GPU later this month will also gain access to something called Multi Frame Generation which, according to the patch notes, “boosts FPS by using AI to generate up to three times per traditionally rendered frame.” Sounds neat!

Nvidia’s RTX 5090 struggles to run Cyberpunk 2077 at 30 fps
The test was also a testament to the power of Nvidia’s upcoming multi-frame generation. With DLSS 4 and 4x frame generation enabled, as well as DLSS set to Performance, the RTX 5090 was hitting a whopping 290 fps and over 40ms of latency. This was with Nvidia’s Reflex 1, as Reflex 2 wasn’t available for this test.
