Mercedes have confirmed when the world will first see the W16. Their 2025 F1 challenger will be revealed on February 24, days after its livery is displayed at the official F1 launch at London’s The O2. More follows...

A Mercedes press release added that the 2025 car livery will be unveiled at the 10-team season launch event, F1 75 Live, at the O2 Arena in London on Tuesday 18 February. The 2025 season, featuring 24 races, starts on 16 March in Australia.

Mercedes announced the date that the Formula 1 world will meet the W16 E Performance, their challenger for the upcoming F1 season. That date? February 24, a day ahead of the team’s shakedown session at Bahrain International Circuit.
