Sophos, a British cybersecurity solutions provider backed by software investment firm Thoma Bravo, has agreed to acquire Nasdaq-listed Secureworks in an all-cash transaction valued at US$859 million.

Sophos plans to combine Secureworks technology including XDR following its acquisition of the cybersecurity vendor.
