The NASCAR Xfinity Series begins the Round of 8 with Saturday's Ambetter Health 302 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Justin Allgaier, Cole Custer, Sam Mayer, Austin Hill, Chandler Smith, Jesse Love, AJ Allmendinger and Sammy Smith are all still alive for an Xfinity Series title.

wbff- BALTIMORE — Happening this weekend, the Nascar Xfinity series comes to Homestead-Miami speedway. The action begins Saturday at 3:30 on the CW. But before the big race we spoke with one of the racers that will be out on the track this weekend, William Sawalich.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series will be on track Friday at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Cup Series teams do not get on track until Saturday. The Truck Series is off this weekend. Xfinity teams will practice and qualify on Friday in preparation for its playoff race Saturday.

Hailie Deegan had been an up-and-coming NASCAR driver before her Xfinity Series deal abruptly ended in July. The 23-year-old Californian went looking for a new racing home and has found it in Indy NXT.
