Amid a blowout victory against the Chicago Bulls, the Detroit Pistons put together their most dominating performance of the season.

At one point, though, the United Center crowd was loud as fans stood on their feet with excitement. Nikola Vučević had just hit a floater to bring the Bulls within 43 points and stopped the bleeding on a 23-0 Pistons run. To make matters worse for Chicago, two minutes remained in the first half.

Malik Beasley recorded a team-high 24 points and hit his 212th 3-pointer of the season, breaking a franchise record previously set by Saddiq Bey in 2022. Beasley accomplished that feat with 28 games still to play and held a raucous on-court celebration when he hit the record-breaking shot in the fourth quarter.
