Kellen Moore, 36, a former quarterback who spent three seasons with the Lions from 2012-14, was named head coach of the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday. His move completes this year's hiring cycle, as seven franchises — including the Chicago Bears ( Ben Johnson) and New York Jets ( Aaron Glenn) — tapped new leaders.

Kellen Moore is the 12th head coach hired in the history of the New Orleans Saints and the 19th total including interims. Moore, 36, is also the youngest head coach in New Orleans franchise history.
