It's the time of year when the Steelers roster starts to take on a new look, and that was the case today when multiple players were signed to Reserve/Future contracts. The team signed a combination of players who were with the team in 2024 on the practice squad, as well as some new additions.

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced 17 Future/Reserve contract signings that includes eight practice squad members returning. The Pittsburgh Steelers are now transitioning into the offseason mode following another one-and-done playoff run.

Skylar Thompson, 27, spent his first three NFL seasons with the Dolphins after they drafted him in the seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft out of Kansas State.
