The suspect of the Apalachee High School shooting has pleaded not guilty to murder charges, multiple counts of cruelty to children, as well as aggravated assault.

A grand jury handed down dozens of charges Thursday for the alleged Apalachee High School shooter and his father, also accused in connection with the deadliest school shooting in Georgia's history.

A Georgia grand jury on Thursday indicted 14-year-old Colt Gray and his father for the deadly shooting in September at Apalachee High School in Winder. Gray and his father, 54-year-old Colin Gray, had already been charged in the case and were being held without bond.
