SEATTLE — The Seattle Kraken face off against the Colorado Avalanche in its seventh game of the season on Tuesday night. The game is taking place at 5:30 p.m. at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle. The game will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN+.

The Kraken are 4-2-0 on the season, winning their last three games against the Nashville Predators, Philadelphia Flyers and the Calgary Flames. The Avalanche started the season off with four consecutive losses but back-to-back wins against the San Jose Sharks and Anaheim Ducks,

Things had gotten pretty scary for the Colorado Avalanche. Heading into a critical game with the Anaheim Ducks on Oct. 18, the Avalanche had lost all four of their games to begin the season, giving up an avalanche of goals in the process.

The Avalanche beat to the Kraken 3-2 on Tuesday to win their third-consecutive game. Joel Kiviranta registered two goals, Cale Makar posted two assists, and Justus Annunen made 25 saves. Kiviranta opened the scoring with his second goal of the season with a wrist shot from the high slot at 18:32 of the first period.
