NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio (WOIO) - A 15-year-old New Philadelphia boy was arrested Sunday, after police said he posted a threat of school violence on a social media account. New Philadelphia Police said they were made aware of the threat around 4:30 a.m. Sunday from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
