Caleb Wilson, a junior at Southern University and A&M College, was pronounced dead at a hospital after collapsing during the potential hazing incident, local media reported.
Friends described Wilson as a “comedic genius” constantly pulling pranks on other members of the band, but also as someone who was all business in the classroom and on game days.
