None of the 49 people detained in a raid on a makeshift nightclub in Adams County are facing criminal charges, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Rocky Mountain Division.

Police said the man invited the girls into his apartment and offered them alcohol, pretending he needed help cleaning in one instance.

Ricky James Beck, 64, from Gettysburg, was reportedly confined to Adams County Prison after failing to post his $200,000 bail.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said it did not present any cases for prosecution related to the "previously reported behavior" of the 49 people inside an Adams County makeshift nightclub they raided in late January.

DEA and other federal agents initially took 49 people into custody during the raid at a party inside an industrial building at 6600 Federal Blvd.
