No Premier League clubs have been charged with breaches of the Premier League’s profitability and sustainability rules (PSR) — though Leicester City could still be sanctioned. Leicester remain in a legal battle with the Premier League over club losses incurred during the three-year accounting period ending in 2023-24.

The Premier League have not charged any club with breaches of Profitability and Sustainability Rules (PSR) for last season, although Leicester City remain the most at risk of further penalties.

The Club and the League agree that this brings to an end all proceedings between the League and the Club in relation to the Club’s breaches of the PSR for the financial years ending 30 June 2022 and 30 June 2023.
