The victim count from last year's data breach has increased significantly. The number of victims impacted by the Change Healthcare data breach last year has nearly doubled, from 100 million to 190 million, parent company UnitedHealth Group said last week.

The number of individuals confirmed to be affected by the data breach is almost double the company's previous estimate.
