Realtor.com already employs 400 people in Austin, where it eventually plans to add hundreds more employees, with many of those to be recruited locally

In 2019, Realtor.com opened a tech hub in downtown Austin after its parent company News Corp acquired homegrown estate startup Opcity a year prior. The East 6th Street office will now as the company's new headquarters, housing 200 product, engineering, data science and analytics employees.

The company says it expects to add hundreds of new hires in Austin over the coming years, with many likely to be recruited locally.
