A new skatepark and a new splash pad will open this month in city parks. Here's when.The city’s capital improvement plan shows its dimensions as about 50 feet by 40 feet. Splash pads already in operation are located at Bill Witt Park, Manuel Q. Salinas Park and Lindale Park.
