A semi truck jack knifed at the Ottawa River Road exit on I-75 north. On the I-280 south exit from I-75 south, a truck hauling two vehicles lost control.

Freezing rain is already causing hazardous road conditions early Wednesday morning in parts of Oklahoma as much of the state is under a winter weather advisory.
