Atlanta leaders say the New Year's Eve vehicle attack on New Orleans’ Bourbon Street has helped guide their security plans for large upcoming events such as Monday’s national championship college football game.

Martin Bech, 28, Nikyra Cheyenne Dedeaux, 18, and Reggie Hunter, 37, were among the 15 killed, family members confirmed to multiple news outlets.
