Lake Effect Snow Warning for areas south of Buffalo through Wednesday
BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Lake Effect Snow Warning continues until early Thursday morning 4am for Southern Erie, Wyoming, Cattaraugus, and Chautauqua counties, with 5 to 9 inches of additional snow accumulations in the most persistent bands, especially over the hills inland. Winds will also be gusty to 35 mph, resulting in blowing and drifting snow.
