Jul 2, 2019 · You can try resetting your PDP controller. Follow these steps: Power the XBOX one console on. Plug the smaller end of the controllers USB-B micro cable into the top of the controller. Hold down on the directional pad (D-Pad) and plug the larger side of the USB cable into the XBOX one console while still holding down.

Aug 13, 2023 · The firmware for the controller might need updating. Download the pdp control hub app from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 or Xbox One. That should show you if it needs updating or anything else that might get it working. If you find the firmware is already up to date, try the controller on another device if you can.

Aug 6, 2021 · the pdp controllers are fully compatible with pc so that would not have broken it, if it fails to detect on xbox then you may want to contact pdp support. you also cannot update the pdp controllers via xbox.

Dec 3, 2022 · Couldn’t fix it by adjusting mic on PDP app. Ended up taking it back to Walmart and new one wouldn’t be recognized by PDP app but otherwise mic and buttons (except three on bottom) worked fine. Finally looked on underside and it has “PowerA”, not “PDP” like first one.

This is a 8 foot long micro usb cable. The wired controller comes with a detachable usb. I want to use a long usb cable with the controller.

The headphones were working fine for months, all of a sudden now when I plug them into the controller, after about 30 seconds i get horrible crackling whenever any sound is produced.
