She banged Emily’s husband and moved in WAYYY too soon after the funeral and literally could have said, “here’s your kid dude, peace.” and would have been fine.

It took me at least 30 minutes to understand that this was going to be a “thriller”, especially when the tone wavers so abruptly between GG and Pitch Perfect.

Aug 26, 2023 · The Last Supper gives me the same vibes but isn’t a murder mystery. Though I guess A Simple Favor isn’t either. One has murder with no mystery (unless you’re the cops) and the one with mystery but no murder (or, the murder isn’t the mystery or driver of the plot). Either way, both fun films!
