Jan 6, 2022 · Ordered the mats 3 months ago from another store and then ordered the same 3D Maxpider mats from Teslarati 2 months ago figuring I will cancel the other order once one of the companies ships. The first company I ordered from shipped. I contacted Teslarati and they said that they already shipped as well. Two weeks go by and the Teslarati mats come.

Dec 27, 2022 · Most of the accessories I've bought came from Teslarati. I had no issues with my order. Everything was shipped separately though. Some items were shipped immediately while others took a few days and some items took a few weeks to ship. They sent me an email with tracking numbers every time an item would ship.

Oct 25, 2021 · Avoid teslarati for the mats, everything else is cool. I have had an order for the 3D maxpyder mats and they are taking 8-12 weeks to ship. I canceled my order and went with Amazon. Got them in a few days. Fuck teslarati for anything but the front plate bandit mount.

I care that they lied about shipping my order to try and keep my sale, and I care that they were seemingly hoping I'd go away and they wouldn't have to process my refund. Either that or their customer service department is hopelessly inept.
