Half Marathon 101: Training: -Try to run 3 times a week (get an app that gives you a weekly schedule or program online) and incorporate strength training -you can run your runs at a comfy pace to get the mileage or for one run try tempo or sprints where you can push your pace! -fuel every 30-40 min on runs more than an hour -prioritize recovery by eating enough and drinking enough and getting plenty of sleep -stretch before and after runs!
